Booking method
Please use “Reservation form” (tentative booking) on our homepage for reservations.
After entering your reservation details into the provisional booking form, we will provide you with the Booking.com address, so your reservation will be complete upon input. Lift tickets and rental fees can be paid on-site.
Please confirm “Room availability” and “Accommodation plan/Price list” at the page bottom, and contact us.
◆If you have booked by “Reservation form”, we will call you within 2 days to confirm your reservation.Your reservations will be completed when you have confirmed by Email.
◆Reservations from homepage or Inquiries by email may not be received in some cases due to transmission status.If you do not receive any confirmation mail after 3 days, please kindly call the number below.
◆Reservations after december will be accepted from 8:00 am on October 1st.
In case there is any change in the reservation start date, we will inform on this page.
◆If you would like to book for a group of more than 50 persons, we will accept reservation from 1 year before.
However, we can not accept reservation during Year-end ＆ New-year holiday, consecutive holidays in winter, or days before holidays. Please kindly be noted in advance.
