Check-in/Luggage
- What time is check-in and check-out? Is there a closing time?
- Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. (Please contact us in advance). We have a curfew.
- I want to go for skiing as soon as possible after arriving. Can you keep my luggage?
- Yes, we have luggage storage service till 16:30. (However, please refrain from your avalables)
The service is available from 8:30. - Can you keep my luggage after my check-out?
- Yes, your luggage can be kept at our luggage storage area. (However, please refrain from your avalables)
- Can you ship my luggage?
- We would like to recommend round-trip service of Kuroneko Yamato. You can also have your luggage picked up from our Ryokan when you return home.
Pick-up/Car Parking
- I want to go by Shinkaisen. Do you have pick-up service from Echigo Yuzawa station?
- Yes,w e have. <Driving hours are 9:00~10:30 and 15:00~16:30>

Ishiuchi-Maruyama’s free shuttle bus information≫ - Where is the pick-up platform at Echigo Yuzawa station?
- Please turn left at Echigo Yuzawa station East East Exit, and you will see “Ishiuchi pick-up parking lot(石打送迎駐車場)”.
A silver-gray 28-seater bus will pick you up.
- I want to go by car. Is there any parking lot?
- Yes, it takes you 5 mins to walk to a parking lot for mid-size cars. It costs ¥1,000 per day at the parking lot of Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. (The service is free in green seasons)※It is free to enter if you only unload your luggage.

Payment/Lift ticket/Rental, etc.
- What payment methods are available?
- In addition to cash, we accept payment by credit card, electronic payment, QR code, etc.

- You will be charged a cancellation fee according to our cancellation policy, depending to the number of days up to the scheduled date.

- Rental service is available at a discount at “Kamikiya(かみきや)” next to our Ryokan.Tel.025-783-3422
There is also rental service of High-end model itemms at newly built“Resort center” which locates right behind our Pension.

- Please select the plan that includes a lift ticket when making your reservation. We cannot accept requests on the day of your visit.
